All my friends who are over 50, I tell them to join AARP for discounts and none of them will! I love to look for discounts!
Simple times have always been the happiness in my life. Watch your pennies and your dollars will take care of themselves my father always said!
My girlfriend who is going through a divorce was worried today about all the money she lost in the marriage. It made me think, a few months ago when I was at my doctors office I heard the word cancer I’m only 47!
Anyway I had alot of thoughts go through my head and money was never one of them. I love my life today, I don’t shop as much as I like but now I steal AARP magazines from my doctor (he knows) and cut out important articles and pass then around! I volunteer with a mentoring program and I tell my son and husband I love them every day!
