Really enjoyed watching the segment tonight on Taylor Swift. I do not think she is unlike many young people today who are focused early in life, though she lives by a code of respect and being humble which is not seen in peers much older than herself. I thought her statement on having a mic and holding a responsibility to younger generations was wise beyond her years. Great job Lesley!

Lesley, loved the segment on Taylor Swift. Here is an article about Scott Borchetta that I thought was interesting giving an insight into the way he handles his artists. I had the luck to meet him once at Thanksgiving a couple of years ago in LA not too long after he left the large label he was working for and launched his own. He was very interesting and had such a good grasp on what was happening to the music industry as well as the courage to take the leap out on his own.

My granddaughters are enamored with Taylor Swift.  I knew her by name only so when I heard she was going to be interviewed by Lesley, I listened with interest.  I was very impressed with her down to earth attitude and the responsibility she is accepting in being a good role model for teens.
