Very nice! I love the assortment of colors. I can think of a few people who would be well-suited to #10 and #12!

Ah, scarves are part of my wardrobe - very clever! Looking forward to seeing what you will do with belts, sunglasses….

                              WRAP AROUNDS

White scarfs, red scarfs, blue and brown,

Adorn the necks and torsos of all the folks in town––

Tied in various, twisty and creative ways

They bring out originality in how they lay

helplessly draped, hopelessly shaped,

To ward off the chill from winter’s breezes

Including all those wheezles and sneezes.

I never met a scarf I didn’t love, and now I can muffle, bundle, drape and tie in new and ingenious ways. (I especially like the idea of #12, a must for those days when I just cannot take one more minute of the endless litany of doom and gloom that passes for "news" nowadays!) Thanks for the chuckles, Liza.

It awoke with a headache this morning and donned a #8 to alleviate the pain.  My husband walked into the room wondering why I looked so silly, so I quickly made the change into a #5 so he’d think I was just trying to be ethnically cool…

Feeling a bit better, I went to mail a letter.  I put on my coat and wore a #1 around my neck, but when I discovered it was six degrees outside, I moved into a #2.  By the time I came back from the mailbox I was securely into a #4.

I do occasionally wear a #3, but I’m the type of gal who just can’t pull off a #6.  Anything that is supposed to elegantly drape on the shoulder is just something to be constantly picked back up off of the floor when I try it.

#9 is most likely what I will be wearing shortly, but not in the form of a scarf, it will be ribbon - I’m no better at wrapping presents than I am at wearing elegant scarves.

I  have to admit to attempting variations on #11 a time or two - as one with bad shoulders and knees you learn to get creative, just not when  others can see you of course.

#7 is a terrible flashback to the 70s and if I tried that now I’m afraid that when people saw me coming, I’d start a trend of other people on the street trying to pull off a #12.

As for #10, I think I’ll try that one right now - I think I’ve said enough.

As usual, great cartoon Liza!

my daugher is a fan of #7. she crosses hers across her chest to keep them warm, they get cold she suffers. but that idea looks better. the tie on the side is a good idea. less lumpy than on the back.

#10 works best for me. every time i go out in the cold my asthma gets worse. so i throw it up over mouth and a bit over my nose (i’m a bit claustraphobic about my nose being covered, so just a little bit to keep it warm but so i can still feel like i’m breathing normally).
