WOWZA!
I think you need to do an hour (or 2) long special with Senator Snowe! Thanks Ms. McFadden for sharing your remarkable friend with the rest of us! I knew very little about, but now got a great sense of who she really is.
She is right on the money in regards to compromise and tolerance. No one seems to agree to disagree. When I was in high school there were debate clubs. Now it seems people don’t want to have civil conversations, just argue and think they are right and everyone else wrong. I just don’t get it…
Mary Higgins Clark-queen of Suspense! As a reader and wannabe writer it is always great to hear advice and stories of the writing life from one of the best.
