The ink dried on the divorce papers of Anne Heche and cameraman Coley Laffoon on Wednesday — just days after the actress delivered a baby she had with a different man.

Heche, 39, reportedly gave birth to a six-pound, 12-ounce boy this weekend, and the father is her former on-screen "Men in Trees" co-star, hunk James Tupper. The two met on the set of the canceled television series. 

Laffoon filed for divorce from Heche in February 2007 after eight years of marriage. Heche and Laffoon have a seven-year-old son named Homer. The two wed shortly after Heche’s public breakup with partner Ellen DeGeneres.
