Bijou Phillips and Danny Masterson are getting married!

Masterson, 33, best known for his role on the television series "That ’70s Show" starring Ashton Kutcher, popped the question this weekend.

Phillips, 28, a model, actress, singer and goddaughter to legendary artist Andy Warhol, first met Masterson more than three years ago at a poker tournament in Las Vegas. Since then, the duo has been quite busy working together on movie sets for the films "Wake," "Made for Each Other" and "The Bride to Nowhere," which are all set for release this year. Let’s see if the chemistry pays off at the box office, as People.com describes the relationship as "a match made in Hollywood Heaven."
