Donald Trump will be the one who says whether Carrie Prejean is fired.
Trump, as Miss USA contest owner, makes the ultimate decision on whether Miss California gets to keep her crown amid a firestorm of criticism and possible breach of contract.
California pageant officials, Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis, scheduled a press conference on Monday at two o’clock PM EST to announce their decision regarding Prejean’s crown. The press conferences come after topless photos of the 21-year-old surfaced on the Internet, which is a violation of her Miss California contract. Tami Farrell, Miss California runner-up, will also attend the press conference, which suggests Prejean will hear some bad news.
Trump will be holding a press conference on Tuesday to announce Prejean’s final fate.
The racy photograph that surfaced on the tabloid website thedirty.com is not the only issue jeopardizing Prejean’s title. Contest officials are also investigating whether Prejean violated her contract by making public appearances with groups opposed to same-sex marriage.

I wonder if she loses her crown what excuse she will use. She is full of excuses.
She might well go on the "victim" tour…unfortunately, that happens.
But, it is odd that the pictures only came out AFTER her honest (albeit controversial) answer.
Let’s remember that Hilton was anything but respectful in his backhanded blogged reply…He wanted the firestorm that followed, and even if he had nothing to do with Carie’s exposure (pun intended) as a rule-breaker, he certainly lent the greatest momentum to the calls for her to resign that (yes) pre-date the whole photo debacle.
If Carrie had answered "yes, I’m for legalizing gay marriage" and had won—had taken home the title of Miss USA—do you think she would have it removed by the photos that, as I understand it, were unpublished proofs, and while racy, are no more revealing than any swimsuit ad?
Just a few thoughts I didn’t see expressed.
She represented California’s anti-gay stance, which was voted upon last fall. What would the activists be saying had she gone against the wishes of her home state? What kind of heat would she have to take from fellow anti-gay marriage people?
Further, in a free society, we need to get rid of this silly premise that people should lie about their feelings, or walk on eggshells simply because they might offend another’s point fo view. 31 flavors, everybody.
This wouldn’t even be an issue if she had answered that stupid, inappropriate question to Perez Hilton’s satisfaction.
If she loses her title, she gains much more publicity and support. Let’s see what happens.
She should lose her title because she is not doing the job she agreed to do as Miss California. She will not get any support, because she wants to just make noise and get the Miss USA title, which she does not deserve!!!
None of this is unexpected. From the moment she answered the question, she was headed down a runway of controversy. I honestly have begun to think that those who are complaining the loudest are attempting to keep the issue alive ….not to protect Carrie Prejean, but to keep the issue before the public. Gay Marriage advocates should have done as Bill O’Reilly suggested and separated themselves from Perez Hilton and defended Miss Prejean’s right to say what she believes, even though the gay community disagrees with her belief and is attempting to change the hearts and minds of those opposed to gay marriage.
The Ultimate Decision?
AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh, my. Your best headline yet, wowOwow, staff (and that’s saying something). This headline is right off the cover of "Tiger Beat."
