The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) Media Award recipients were announced in 29 of this year’s 41 media categories at the 20th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York presented by IBM and Prudential on March 28, 2009. wOw’s on-scene photographer, Robin Platzer, was there to get a glimpse of the “rainbow” carpet.
