Happy Birthday, Lily! I have to admit that I have only recently discovered the brilliant work you and Jane have done over the years. I was born in ‘75, so I didn’t understand your witty humor at such a young age. I am so happy that I have finally re-discovered your work and gotten a chance to get to know your characters as an adult! Thank you for all the gifts you and Jane have given to us through your brilliant artistry. I’m looking forward to more in the years to come!

My Dear Sweet Lily, you have been an inspiration to me since Laugh In. When I was a kid I would intimate you in the role as Edith Ann, and at 53 I can still do it, my kids get the biggest kick out of it.
You have been blessed with many talents and I’ve enjoyed your comedy on Laugh In, in the movies, and on Desperate Housewives as of late.
Happy Birthday, and I wish you many many more. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. (You were my favorite on Laugh In for sure)
