Jane, I do not know if you include me in those numbers you hope will stick around - I too, am one who stays only to see what new concepts you come up with, and what other like-minded people have to say about substantive issues.

I am disgruntled with the lack of open-mindedness from some on this site, and feel so disappointed when there is such trivial squabbles about issues which seem to me to be so important in this day of chaos and negativity - still.

Jane,

Kryssi is correct.  As long as you’re here, I will remain.  I once told you I’d always "be there for you."  I meant that, in whatever form that takes.

Jane, we do come when there is a reason.  And the way we flock to your side when word is out that you are about should give you some indication of how very ready the world is for more from you.  So take good care of yourself, get lots of sleep, eat your vitamins, hit the gym, and write your darling ass off, would you?  I mean, you can’t think Mugsy can do this all by herself!  As to wOw, well, wOw has her plusses and her negs, like everyone else, don’ she just?

Can I echo these amazingly truthful sentiments? …SECONDED!

I’m glad you brought this up, I hadn’y heard at the point  you mentioned it. Very sad.

Did you know (think I read this somewhere) He was only three when she committed suicide?

Serena .

Yes, Miss Jane.  Nicholas and his sister, Frieda, were small.  Sylvia gased herself with the oven in their flat.  She left the children sleeping in another room, left them milk and cookies, and stuffed towels under their door so the gas wouldn’t seep into their room.  So, not only were they young, but they were in the very next room.

Frieda now writes childrens’ stories in England.

Thanks, macwoof, glad to get your approval. As you could see, I felt at first I’d missed the mark.

I’m gretful for all your support. Jane

Jane, I would like to say thank you for admitting the need for support, and for admitting insecurity about your work. I expect many of us ‘assume’ you just know you are great. I think you are brilliant and teamed with Lily make an awesome team. I thank you for your honesty, your compassion and your lovely spirit.

Jane, just as Ed painted in his “liquid word” paintings your care-toon is a visual expression of your compassionate soul. Thanks.
