Jane, I do not know if you include me in those numbers you hope will stick around - I too, am one who stays only to see what new concepts you come up with, and what other like-minded people have to say about substantive issues.
I am disgruntled with the lack of open-mindedness from some on this site, and feel so disappointed when there is such trivial squabbles about issues which seem to me to be so important in this day of chaos and negativity - still.
Jane,
Kryssi is correct. As long as you’re here, I will remain. I once told you I’d always "be there for you." I meant that, in whatever form that takes.
Can I echo these amazingly truthful sentiments? …SECONDED!
Jane,

I’m glad you brought this up, I hadn’y heard at the point you mentioned it. Very sad.
Did you know (think I read this somewhere) He was only three when she committed suicide?
Yes, Miss Jane. Nicholas and his sister, Frieda, were small. Sylvia gased herself with the oven in their flat. She left the children sleeping in another room, left them milk and cookies, and stuffed towels under their door so the gas wouldn’t seep into their room. So, not only were they young, but they were in the very next room.
Frieda now writes childrens’ stories in England.
Thanks, macwoof, glad to get your approval. As you could see, I felt at first I’d missed the mark.
I’m gretful for all your support. Jane
