I’m afraid it’s with a little help from my friends … two Lunestas.

Music from my Internet radio helps me fall asleep!  The music of course is classical but the stations vary from WGBH, Boston to BBC all Classical out of London.  The sound clarity makes it the best!  The radio stations sound like they originate from right in the next room!  (Oh and I live in a small town in the Western part of Michigan where regular reception is yucky - at best!)

For me, it’s 5-10mg of Ambien and when it’s REALLY bad, I put my AM transitor radio on with earphones and listen to late-night talk radio - it helps drown out the "noise" in my head which is the primary source of my restlessness.

After a long, stressful day, I dont have any trouble sleeping.  In fact, I might worry about getting home before falling asleep on a bus.  The opposite is not being able to sleep and a brandy and milk does the trick.
