A wholesome beauty queen has sued a gentlemen’s club for using her image on an advertisement without permission.

Laci Kay Scott filed suit against New York’s Ten’s Gentlemen’s Club after she found herself on promotional cards touting "free admission."

The 22-year-old, who was a semifinalist in the 2005 Miss USA pageant, says she models for clothing companies targeted to "adolescent girls," the suit read. Scott found her appearance on the ad — which is her posing in a backless, figure-hugging gown — to be "personally distressing and embarrassing."

Ten’s Gentlemen’s Club, in Manhattan, has caused outrage in the past. More than ten years ago, the club was in a zoning battle with New York’s then-mayor, Rudy Giuliani.

An image of the "free admission" advertisement with Laci Kay Scott’s likeness is available to view on the New York Post website. Click here to see it.
