The Internet is abuzz today with Lindsay Lohan pregnancy rumors after journalist Ian Halperin claims that Lohan’s friend told him the actress is seven weeks pregnant — and isn’t sure who the father is. On his website ianundercover.com, Halperin wrote on Sunday (in celebration of Mother’s Day):

‘I swear she’s carrying,’ the Lilo friend said. ‘She’s going through big emotional turmoil. She’s not sure if she’ll have it or go through with an abortion that she booked to have in the next few days. Saddest part is she has no idea who the father is. She must have slept with more than two dozen men in the past couple of months.’

Lohan has been looking to date since her split with girl pal Samantha Ronson earlier this year.

In an interview with Closer magazine, reported on MSN, the 22-year-old actress said she’s trying to carry on with her career but it’s been tough amid media criticism:

I didn’t get into this business to be a celebrity — I’ve been a target for a long time. When I was a kid, I thought movie stars were people who wanted to act in great movies. It’s all I ever wanted to do, but I’ve become this girl who’s seen as someone who parties, who wants to be photographed all the time, isn’t focused and can’t be on time — that’s not true.
