Everyone’s talking about heartbroken Lindsay Lohan dying her bountiful tresses a firestorm red, a shade that matches the "absolute hell" she’s in following her breakup with gal-pal Samantha Ronson.

Lohan, still fuming after her disc-jockey girlfriend ended their tumultuous two-year romance, tried to cheer herself up by getting a makeover at Byron and Tracey Salon in Beverly Hills. Also this week, the "Mean Girls" star entered a Los Angeles tattoo parlor with her younger sister, Ali, and they left at three o’clock AM with Lindsay sporting some new ink on her wrist.

Since Lohan confirmed the split on Monday, the 22-year-old actress says she’s been living in "absolute hell." "Everyone’s turned on me," Lohan told Us Weekly magazine, adding that she feels "so alone" without Ronson.

Breakup rumors have been swirling for weeks. Several reports state that Lohan was barred from a birthday party for Ronson’s sister at the Chateau Marmont, locked out of Ronson’s home and then was asked by Ronson to be left alone. While Lohan appears absolutely devastated, her father, Michael Lohan, a Christian and minister who condemned the relationship for months, couldn’t be happier.

"Well, thank God," he told ABCNews.com late Monday, after learning about the split. "I think it’s a healthy decision that she take a break and relax and pursue her own career and her own goals. What they had was very toxic. It had become very toxic."
