Liz Smith: Mel Gibson Says His Wife Is Going to Hell (Video)
Robyn Moore Gibson has filed for divorce from actor/producer husband Mel Gibson; Liz Smith dishes on pre-nup, alleged affairs and verbal mudslinging.
After 27 years of marriage, Robyn Gibson has (finally!) filed for divorce from her husband Mel Gibson. The actor and producer, a devout Catholic, said although he loved wife Robyn very, very much, he knew she was going to hell because she didn’t believe in the same things he did. Isn’t this a scorcher of a divorce? Watch me on Fox News talk about events leading up to the split, the $900 million at stake and more.

Too many Catholics that call themselves devout rationalize their own foibles and never see their own faults. Actually, any layperson that talks about religion all the time is suspect as you wonder what demons they have that religion is on their minds all the time.
LOL.
BTW Liz….you look fantastic in this clip…as usual. Funny….the ‘other’ Penelope.
He’s having an affair or some kind of entanglement with Oksana #3(!), and Robyn’s the one going to hell? Wow, I haven’t looked at him the same since his drunken, anti-semitic, lunatic rantings, and after this? I cannot respect the man at all.
He’s in a contest with himself to be even more creepy. Hope the ex has strong locks, a security guard and a very good lawyer. He’s just stacking up the evidence against him. Hope she gets $500M.
He’s become so Crypt-Keeper unattractive too. Being a insane, racist, adultering, misognistic religious nut will do that.
Oh man! A little Heresay, Liz? I’d like to know when Mel said his wife is going to hell…. talk about poor reporting!
And if Robyn (sp?) was so miserable all these years, why did she have all those kids and stay with him? Why not divorce him earlier? Can we say waiting for the payoff?
I’m not usually on the side of a philandering husband… and I’m not even sure that’s what he is. Everybody seems to be hanging Mel out to dry because of his religious beliefs without even knowing the full story. Sad sad sad… if he was Muslim everybody would be standing up for him!
I hope that they resolve the divorce amicably for the sake of the children involved, and have faith that they will.
