Liz Smith: Inside Neverland (Video)
Architectural Digest’s November issue shows never-before-seen photographs of the late Michael Jackson and his extraordinary palace. Taken by photographer extraordinaire Harry Benson, the pictures date back to the 1980s and capture telling details about the gated Neverland. Some of us actually are trying to.
Scarlett, honey, for someone who is always "moralizing" about this and that and everything else, don’t you think you could have found a better name to use than that of a Southern belle whose morals were less than those of a common alley cat?
And for the record I have never said that his brilliance as a director served as any basis for Roman Polanski to have been held above the law.
What I have a problem with is the law. He pleaded guilty, was sentenced, served the sentence, the judge decided he didn’t like the sentence. Our system of justice is not supposed to allow a judge to "resentence" someone after they’ve already sentenced someone. And I really do have a problem with that. And with people who don’t have a problem with that.
