"She is internationally known for for her clarity, authenticity and accuracy"  You’re kidding, right?

"Peggy has the ability to contact your deceased relatives"  Puhleeez, stop promoting this drivel.

Calling the Amazing Randi - we need you now more than ever.  The James Randi Educational Foundation "sponsors the famous million dollar challenge, offering a prize of $1,000,000 to anyone who can demonstrate evidence of any paranormal, supernatural or occult power or event, under test conditions agreed to by both parties. As of this time, no one has claimed this prize"

Psychics can cause a great deal of harm while they enrich themselves at the expense of the gullible and those desperate to believe that they can talk to their deceased loved ones.  But none of them is greedy enough to risk exposure by James Randi.

Sam, "Stop promoting this drivel"  lol   I totally agree with you, but NYC is a perfect place for this kind of event! Lots of gullible and desperate in the crowd!

"Psychics can cause a great deal of harm while they enrich themselves at the expense of the gullible and those desperate to believe that they can talk to their deceased loved ones. "

MOST, maybe. But not all. There are some who are true channelers. The one I go to knew all three initials, in order, of a person for whom I’d had secret feelings (totally never shared with ANYONE). She also got my best friend’s sister to stop having "hallucinations" of their deceased grandmother once she told them what their grandma was trying to communicate to them to DO for her, and they did it. Grandma vanished.

Once I went to her wondering if she’d know why my DOG was constantly chewing on himself to the point of getting infections, and I was worried it was because he feeds off MY own nervous/anxious energy, and before I could say anything she asked "Who’s health is it you’re concerned about? It’s yours, yet it’s not yours… ???"

Sam,

Joni believes in the paranormal…….This is her site………….she built it from the bottom up………she is the Founder, so for you an invited guest on her Site, to tell her to stop promoting this drivel just shows your ignorance.

The majority of People believe in God………….no one’s been able to Prove there is one.

Who are you to say other paranormal things are not true……………TO EACH HIS OWN.

An invited guest?  Hogwash!  Anyone can post here and nobody needs an invitation.  Where did you get the idea that one needs an invitation?

Hi Dona.  You tried.  I tried.  He’s acting like an overstimulated and very tired infant that needs a nap.  I’ve tucked him into a quiet room and there he shall remain.

Make the most of your day chica!  Wishing you loads of love and light, E.

You can read more about the Amazing Randi and his successful debunking of psychic phenomena at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazing_Randi , for example:

Randi was awarded a MacArthur Foundation "Genius" award in 1986.  The money was used for Randi’s comprehensive exposé of faith healers including Peter Popoff, W. V. Grant and Ernest Angley. During the course of the investigation Randi was "healed" by these ministers. When Popoff was exposed, he was forced to declare bankruptcy within the year.

In 1988, Randi showed how gullible the media are by perpetrating a "fraud" of his own. By teaming up with Australia’s 60 Minutes program and by releasing a fake press package he built up publicity for a spirit channeler named Carlos, who was actually an artist named Jose Alvares, a friend of Randi. Randi would tell him what to say through sophisticated radio equipment. The media and the public were taken in, as no reporter bothered to check Carlos’ credentials and history, which were all made up. The hoax was exposed on 60 Minutes; Carlos and Randi explained how they pulled it off.

Peggy - I’d be there if I could. Wishing you a wonderful and successful weekend.  Have a great time!

I’d watch the video but it seems to be seven minutes long.  I don’t have that kind of time.  Would you like to provide a synopsis?

As for wishing Peggy "a wonderful and successful weekend,"  that’s a waste of your psychic energy.  Peggy already knows how the weekend is going to pan out for her, doesn’t she?

Hi Sam - it wouldn’t take the entire 7 minutes to get the point.  Here’s a very short video of the same pairing.  They’re out of their usual surroundings but the subject is actually more relevent:

Have a great day!

Ah, if I was psychic, I’d know what you’re trying to say.  How about being a bit less oblique?
