Susan Boyle hasn’t just gotten a makeover, she’s become a glammed-up fashionista!

The "Britain’s Got Talent" star made headlines for having a great voice, albeit an older, dowdy look. But as celebrity has taken hold, that has all changed. In the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine, Boyle looks fabulous in a chic formal dress, as well as everyday dresses — although she says this is not her usual attire at all. She also has a new hairdo! Check out the pictures here. This was Boyle’s first-ever solo photo shoot. The Scottish star also talks about what her life is now like after it was literally turned upside down by overnight fame.

"It does feel unreal," she says. "It will take a bit of adjusting to because I’ve led a sheltered life, I know. I’ve got life experience, but mentally I have to adjust. But it’s all good. All good." Asked by Harper’s Bazaar if she’s glad she auditioned for the show, she says, amazed: "Come on! It goes without saying. Come on now!" And who does she want to meet, if she had choice of any celebrity in the world? Madonna and Donny Osmond!

Boyle now lives in London and is working on an album to be released in November. She had a bit of a rough time dealing with her success right after her rendition of "I Dreamed a Dream" captured hearts around the world. She has entered a world she never thought possible. But now, she’s bravely and confidently putting one foot in front of the other and taking hold of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Congratulations, Susan!
