Love it all but the Star Signs and Hair Day Weather graphics - the old ones were so much more wOw: original, sassy, and bold!

The improvements look great!   Thanks WoW for all of your work and dedication to this site!   I liked the Star Signs and hair day graphics too, but onward and upward!

You look fab!! But I thought you were pretty fab before. Lucky that you can have this done. Some people have allergies and can’t get Botox, etc. I can’t even go under the knife. Oh well, I hope I am still judged for my brains…still my beauty is fading.

Sorry.  I liked it better before.  I have no idea what the majority of those networking symbols are, and no curiosity to explore them, either.

Have to admit, I’m favoring pre-Botox, or perhaps, not enough. The ad blasting at the top tends to supercede everything, including my WOWOWOW sisters, and finding where to sign in was difficult for screen reading software.

Having designed a lot of websites in my ‘life,’ I tend to prefer to keep what users rely on, namely (for ease) links on the left (which eyes move to first in most cases) announcing the options as well as section for the "tried and true" favorites either across the top, or on the right in a box. Jumping, moving, scrolling features or ads, are unnecessary, unless they only scroll by the user.  One suggestion, for the gardening, reading, and recipe/cooking sections (and other regulars) perhaps an associated graphic on each one to keep folks returning with ease.

Thank you for the effort, though - that is greatly appreciated.

C Jay—I must admit, I liked it when the format here was simpler.  If I stumbled across this website now, as opposed to when it first started, I doubt I would have put in the effort and time I had put in for the last year.  I was was raised with typewriters, not computers, and I learned English the old-fashioned way, not with spellcheck.  I don’t care how dated this makes me sound.  I am not comfortable with this, period.

Well, I finally found out where the site’s pre-selected "links" are; however, being one who savaely protects my computer, and exposure, I’m not prone to socializing on FaceBook, etc …so, in short, I’m quite disinterested, and believe that for me, age-wise, the site’s reaching backward from it’s original marketing intent.

C Jay—Exactly.  I know folks who write computer language for a living, who say never, ever, give out personal information on those sites.  They know the million ways it can be used against you.

Kermie, just this past week 2 ladies in our town received emails demanding money or they would hurt the grandchild.

They had every detail on their  life and it came from facebook. Fortunately they turned it over to the cops and the email was traced to France.

I am going to bea lot more cautious with that I write "out there".
