One rich Russian man is no longer worth a billion bucks … and the most devastating part about it: His spoiled, heiress daughter, Anna Anisimov — aka Russia’s "Paris Hilton" — may have to curb her extravagant spending habits. We thought Katia Verber was the "Paris Hilton" of Russia, though we suppose there can be more than one rich, beautiful heiress.

Anna’s father, Vasiliy Anisimov, lost $3.2 billion as the value of his company, Metalloinvest Holding, sunk. The blow was hard enough to knock him off Forbes magazine’s 2009 billionaire list. And now poor Anna may have to pinch pennies along with the rest of us.

Anisimov has a reputation for mindless spending — $550,000 summer rental, a $10 million Time-Warner Center aerie and Diane Von Fürstenberg’s $23 million Manhattan townhouse. Perhaps sensing her father’s pitfall, the party princess is said to be creating her own perfume line.
