Marie Douglas-David, the 33-year-old beauty in a divorce battle with her rich, 66-year-old estranged husband, opened up to the New York Post’s Andrea Peyser this week.

Douglas-David looked naturally beautiful with no makeup, a loose T-shirt, sweater and, of course, Louboutin pumps, as she detailed the emotional roller coaster that was her seven-year marriage to George David, Chairman of United Technologies. In an exclusive interview with the Post’s blunt columnist, Douglas-David argues why she deserves more than the reported $43 million she’s entitled to in the prenuptial agreement. What we found most troubling was when Douglas-David said her husband would constantly ridicule her for not reproducing. Peyser reports:

He filed for divorce four times during their loopy, seven-year marriage. But the separations ended, sometimes hours later, with bouts of crazy sex.

He also, she says, became something of a baby Nazi. As her biological clock ticked down, he taunted her with, ‘If you improve and behave, you can have in-vitro fertilization.’ 

Then, as her 35th birthday approached, she said, he called her a ‘failure’ for not producing a child. 

‘He didn’t want to be associated with a failure,’ she said.

Now, Douglas-David fights her future ex-husband in a Hartford court. She’s looking to take David for a whopping $100 million. With an age gap this wide, and a sum this large amid this topsy-turvy economy, this split has become one of the greediest, messiest divorces of the century.
