Thank you, EKA … thank you very much. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relieved about an election before; always felt we would just have to make the best of whatever happened. This one was different, our nation’s in peril. I refuse to watch the news now, too - will they ever let up? How those programs can have the word “News” in their names, and get away with this is beyond me - FCC Chair replacement, some day. I just wish they’d focus on Bush right now, and watch Congress like a hawk. Notice little has been said about Vice-President-elect Biden! I’m blabbing. Thank you for the photo links. Everyone see the free stamp Move On is offering?

It seems many of us are trying to return to some aspect of normalcy but has anyone received emails from the Obama campaign? I received his “thank you” but it had a huge red “DONATE NOW” button on it; another just arrived from the Change Team … without the “red button.” It was announcing the new website to start using, www.change.org, if we had any questions or suggestions. There is also one for the Inauguration. Perish the thought - Clinton’s nearly killed me. it’s such a waste of money! I’ll take TV-watching on that night any time. At this point, I wouldn’t have the heart to suggest anything. Certainly Barack Obama had this all laid out ahead of time, but kept it under wraps to avoid appearing too optimistic. ;-)) I just wish them a lot of great family time together, to hug one another very tightly. Everyone I met “down here” today said they voted for him, and we so happy - except for 3 who did not vote, but were happy about the outcome. Believe me, the people I met today were hard working people, hoping they have a job for another week, but the unemployment here is nil; they can’t get enough employees, in fact.
