Where was Marlo Thomas in the photos?! Katie Couric’s and Lesley Stahl’s looked the best in those photos, but, in fairness, those were mostly knee shots.

Well I wish I had a photo of my self when I was younger and still had great legs…………According to the hosiery industry I had perfect measurments…………I loved having great legs. lol Although, my father used to tell me, Dona your legs are pretty but not as pretty as your Mother’s. She had great legs. When you get to my age it’s not bragging…………it’s just fond memories. Now with all my health problems and unable to exercise at all I’m terribly over weight. I hate that, so you’ll forgive an old lady for looking back in time.

I just rememered who I thought had the greatest legs…………. Mizi Gaynor. You young gals won’t remember her. She played in the Movie South Pacific.

Leslie Stahl and Diane Sawyer have fabulous legs. But Ann Coulter? Even if I didn’t despise her, I wouldn’t understand your choice. Skinny but shapeless. Hard to compare legs because some of the poses are so much more flattering to legs than others. Maria Shriver’s legs don’t look like much in flat shoes, for example.

Women do notice other womens’ legs if they are especially shapley and attractive. Tina Turner has always had great legs and so does Lesley Stahl, of the ones you have shown here. The other women are beautiful, too and have attractive legs but I can’t get over the Ann Couter inclusion-she has always made me think of a preying mantis, lanky, skinny, mean spirited which takes any admiration away from her or her legs.

Ann Coulter has skinny legs and knobby knees but just because she wears short skirts she’s on a best legs list?

Oh, but Lesley Stahl does have lovely legs and is wearing the best shoes of the group!

Ok. I like these ladies. But these are so not the best “celebrity/famous” legs. Can you only imagine what’s out there over 40. Actually I had great legs (pics to prove) in my early 30’s, if I must say so myself as well as a few comments from the peanut gallery. I like the idea of this thread. Fun.
