Last Thursday, stars descended upon the hip NYC nightclub Mansion for the Condé Nast Fashion Rocks pre-party, officially kicking off that always-anticipated flash-bulb-inspiring whirlwind of a few days known as Mercedes-Benz Fall Fashion Week.
