FBI's Most Wanted Terrorist an American, Daniel Andreas San Diego

Move over Osama bin Laden, because you have some terrifying competition from Daniel Andreas San Diego, who has become the first American to top the FBI’s most wanted terrorist list.
No, 31-year-old San Diego did not organize the mass murder of Americans, but he did bomb two California office buildings in 2003. Those buildings homed biotechnology firm Chiron Corp. and Shaklee Corp., a nutrition and cosmetics company, the Contra Costa Times reports. No one was injuried and the damage was minimal, but authorities are obviously concerned that San Diego, an animal rights activist, posed a clear and present danger to regular Americans.
It will be interesting to see how the announcement, which will likely be made today, will reverberate across the political world. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano came under fire last week after the press reported on an internal document warning law enforcement agencies to beware of "right-wing extremists." San Diego’s politics definitely come from the left.

Libra, he does sound like a Bill Ayres wannabe….he should have the book thrown at him.
Not to be picky here, caj, but this joker is from the LEFT. Read the article.
No, I did not expect you to say that.
But with your initial post, you made a point of bringing up right wing extremists. I was merely pointing out that this guy is from the left.
Why did you even have to go there? That was my point. Freaks like this need to be caught REGARDLESS. But you had to bring up the right.. you just couldn’t let it rest. That was why I brought it up.
I do feel we have right wing extremists out there with all this "anti Gov" call from Fox etc as they do it on a daily basis. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see that they pour fuel on the fire when they keep up their anti Gov anything they always talk about. We don’t need any nut jobs going around bombing/killing folks because they were so geared up by all this "anti Gov" spiel from Fox all the time…too many unbalanced folks out there than can take kind of speak too far and act on it.
DeBurca - good question, what difference does it make?
The only thing that makes me wary - is why would he be at the "top" of the Most Wanted List? How could he top OBL. That doesn’t make sense unless they have info that he has planned something else really really big so they want to get him, or that someone in the administration has pushed that they release the news about a leftie to take the cool the heat from that other dumb memo that was released.
So is it actual law enforcement or politics.
Any extremists are dangerous, in any country. Those who ramrod their ideals through others, and won’t let up, much less learn other than by hearsay, are dangerous. It doesn’t matter which Party affiliation they are, it’s what attracts personalities to extremist values that’s the basis of serious psychological flaws.
Yes, we’ve always had freedom of speech in America, but never before have we had so many guns! Our children are at risk, too, now, because of that very point - too many people have access to firearms, now.
I well remember when my colleauges (women) were purchasing handguns in the 90s in Dallas, and telling me to "get one." All I could think of was I’d be good at protecting my family and myself if who ever I had to aim at would stand still. There are no such guarantees, nor enough time to keep oneself a "crack shot" by practicing several times a week. There are no exuses, IMHO. I have seen one handgun in my life and that was enough for me for a lifetime.
