Is This John Edwards and Rielle Hunter's Baby?

If the National Enquirer’s to be believed, former Sen. John Edwards finally admitted to ailing wife Elizabeth that he did, indeed, father a child with his admitted mistress Rielle Hunter.

We’re generally wary of the Enquirer, but they did, after all, break the story of the affair. Even if you don’t necessarily believe it, FOX News does, for they are running this picture of Hunter’s baby’s first birthday, a picture, they say, "speaks for itself." That is, the child looks so much like Edwards, that it’s undeniable he’s the baby’s father.

gheez…I thought the alleged Edwards baby was a girl……goes to show you how much ‘importance’ I place on this event….This sort of thing has been going on since the beginning of gossip columns—the beginning of ‘liasons’ of the rich and powerful—-probably since the beginning of civilization….the baby is cute….and if I knew Edwards personally, I might see some resemblance…and I might not……this is all about money and distraction from what is REALLY important to this country, this world, and how my life fits with it….

Personally, I wasn’t a supporter of Edwards during the Primary. When I heard he had the affair, the thing that made me angry is that he risked the Democrats’ win in November by running in the Primary with this skeleton in his closet. Had he won the Primary and this then came out, McCain would have won. That is my only interest in this story. Other than that, its between him and his family.

I think this is news. When this all broke out, I thought that it’s silly news since they all (politicians) do this. But looking at the photo and see the resemblance of him and even to his kids with Elizabeth, I feel that he should come clean and support the child at least. He’s not a man if he continues to avoid admitting he’s the father. No matter what good he has done in the past and what he can do in the future, people will forgive him easier if he were to come clean now and offer support. After all, the child is his fresh and blood, no matter who the mother of the child may be: fame and fortune hunter, sleazebag - whatever - the child should be taken care of.

I’m just glad it is out in the open and now perhaps the Edwards family can move on.  He isn’t the first and no doubt will be the last it just makes it news because he was a Senator. Like most men in his case they all should have known better as at some point these things all come to light but for whatever reason they can’t help themselves.

I think the little boy looks like Shiloh Bitt…If JE is the father, then he should step up and pay child support and see the child.  If not, then move on.  He screwed around, he got caught, his wife forgave him, now he has to live with what he did.

WOW, you really believe cheating on your wife is natural?  What part of that is natural?  He made a vow that he would never cheat on his wife and he broke that vow when the times got rough.  I really truly hope IF you have a daughter and her man cheats on her you DO NOT TELL HER, oh honey, its natural for a man do that…Lord help that girls self esteem.

Lets get one thing straight, Clinton is not my favorite…I did not vote for nor did I like Clinton.  I think its sad that Hillary stayed with Bill after all his affairs but to each his own.

Again you are assuming you know me and how I feel about Clinton…But yes I agree Clinton was one of the biggest cheats of our President, right up there with Kennedy.  I think its discusting what Clinton did and the fact that Hillary didnt leave him. She lost all my votes when she didnt leave her husband for cheating and doing it so often.  I think a lot more women would have had more respect for her if she would have left him and then went on to be great.
