Levi Johnston Talks Sarah Palin on 'Larry King' (Video)

By The Staff at wowOwow.com
YouTube

Levi Johnston told CNN’s Larry King last night that his relationship with Sarah Palin and her family has gone sour since his media blitz began on Tyra Banks’s show earlier this month. “My dad talks to Todd a lot and after I did that first interview with Tyra he now just doesn’t call. They blew us off.”

And, for some reason, he can’t seem to figure out why the Alaska governor and daughter Bristol, with whom Johnston has a child, would be angry with him. He is, claims Johnston, simply trying to tell his own tale. Via Politico: "I didn’t ask to be thrown into this. I’m not out there looking for fame, I just want to get my story out there. I haven’t made no money yet.”

In addition to not returning Johnston’s calls, the Palin family allegedly won’t let him see his son, Tripp, and Johnston told King that he may pursue legal action to get access to his offspring — if it comes to that.

But this is not about Levi…Palin again…the attacks still continue. Haven’t they kicked this poor woman enough? Honestly people… what has she done that has been so horrible that we would want to continue this?

Because she personally supports the right to life. That’s it. Although she has governed by the will of the people, and followed what they voted for….she is still attacked, she and her family.

Very sad. Very sad for women and mothers of all partisan backgrounds. No wonder we are left with the worst choices in politics…who in their right mind would want to go through this character assassination…

Kelly, Well said ! Sarah Palin is courageous and she does have a HUGE percentage of Americans, both men and women supporting her. The left biased liberal media would have you believe otherwise!! They are very afraid of her as she stands for LIFE,LIBERTY,and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS and has been very sucessful. How we need Sarah Palin and more like her who aren’t afraid to take the heat from the liberal media !! Sarah Palin is my hero !!!!!!!

I think it’s fair and great that Levi chooses to speak up. Yes, he’s a boy. He’s got much maturing to do. Which he will most likely do. Bristol is signed up for the Candies Foundation and can speak her mind. Yes, she gets paid but is reversing her position she held in February. These kids were put in front of the American public, so of course they are going to get attention (of whatever kind) from the public. It’s fair for Levi to speak for himself. I thought he did a good job on Larry King Live. Did you note that he said re: Abstinence—- that he did not think it was effective and realistic for teens/twenties…Clearly said what all the many professional studies on this issues have shown.

Staff- ignore him. Something is wrong anyway or the mom would not distance from him. He needs to start acting like a man and a dad.

Mimi — His statement "I haven’t made no money yet!  I think that speaks volumes.  Not only about his stupidity but also about his desire.  I still say someone is giving him money to continue his charade!  He’s making a fool of himself and someone is taking advantage of a fool’s desire for money!

I think it’s time to leave these young people alone and let them get on with their lives. Tripp needs a Mom & Dad and the media only hinders the families working out problems. Marriage isn’t necessary, but loving parents for Tripp is. Let them equally love their child and raise him to best of their ability with loving guidance from family.

This is reminiscent of the destruction of Martha Mitchell by a press anxious to get "newsworthy" quotes from an unsophisticated person.

Hi, Walter:  I wasn’t sure to whom you were referring so I looked Martha Mitchell up….

I would agree with you on your comparison.

Walter, I remember poor Martha. She was also one of the first people to be “outed” as having been treated for depression. If Watergate happened today, I think Mrs. Mitchell would wind up with her own cable talk show.
