Liz Cheney 'Might' Run for Office, Says Karl Rove (Video)

Dick Cheney’s daughter Liz has been all over the television as of late, and most of her time has been spent defending her father and the Bush administration’s anti-terror tactics.
Like her father, Liz, a former State Department aide, insists that President Obama’s softer touch makes the country less safe. Her loyal opposition — and surprisingly high profile — has some suggesting Ms. Cheney will run for public office.
One friend remarked to US News and World Report, "She’s awesome. Everyone wants her to run." Not only does she have her father’s hawkish perspective, but also her mother’s charm, a combination another source described as a "two-fer." "She comes off a bit better than he does sometimes." And it’s precisely that public persona that could make her an unstoppable force. While Cheney hasn’t said anything on the matter, former Bush staffer Karl Rove added fuel to the rumor fire this weekend when, after being asked if she would run, he replied, "She might."
Others say, however, that Cheney will likely play this one slow and steady, especially because she has five children, whom she’ll raise before delving into the electoral game. What do you think, reader? Should Liz Cheney run for office or has the country had enough legacies for a while?

You very well may be right, inasmuch as I know nothing about either one’s platform, appeal as a politician, or the office she seeks. Because Liz mostly just defends her dad on the talk show circuit, I choose not to listen to her. If she seeks public office and has a sound agenda, then I will.
That remains to be seen.
Caroline could only dream of having Liz’s resume…
