Pakistani Intelligence: Osama bin Laden Is Dead!?

Could it be so? Pakistan’s president today said that his intelligence team, though they have no evidence, has deduced that Osama bin Laden, who heads Al-Qaeda, has died.

Said President Asif Ali Zardari:

"The Americans tell me they don’t know, and they are much more equipped than us to trace him. And our own intelligence services obviously think that he does not exist any more, that he is dead.

"But there is no evidence, you cannot take that as a fact. We are between facts and fiction."

He went on to say, quite ironically, "The question is whether he is alive or dead," reports GEO Pakistan.

Of course, this intelligence report could simply be a corrupt officer working with terrorist groups who use the country as a safe haven. Regardless, if bin Laden were, in fact, deceased, it would be a game changer in the evolution of international extremism.

Just for the record:

- Bin Laden was on the CIA payroll (the USA govt sponsored terrorist organisation). The Carter administration, fearing the expansion of socialism in Central Asia, had decided to attack the Soviet Union economically, by dragging them into an expensive Vietnam-like war with Afghanistan.

- Carter and advisor Brezinsky funded CIA’s covert "Operation Cyclone", which got Mujaheddin fighters to fight a "holy war" against the Russians. This was the most expensive CIA covert operation ever (US$3billion). The videos of so called "Al Qaeda" training camps, were nothing more than the Mujahadeen Training Camps funded by USA taxpayers (via the CIA-ISI connection), and organised by ISI(Pakistan Intelligence Service), CIA officers and even British MI6 agents & SAS troops. Muslims recruited in the US for the Mujaheddin were sent to CIA’s spy training camp in Virginia, Camp Peary!

- Bin Laden left Saudi Arabia and went there to fight the Soviet army, but more like a spiritual leader. By 1984, he was running a front organization known as Maktab al-Khidamar ["Services Office", the MAK] which funneled money (CIA’s and his own), arms and fighters from the outside world into the Afghan war. - Taliban’s relations with the US/CIA were always close. During the Kossovo war, CIA got the Taliban to despatch Mujaheddin fighters to help their Albanian muslim brothers (terrorist organisation KLA, but delisted at that time as the USA was going to use them to attack the Serbian forces and disband Yugoslavia). The same time the US move swiftly and built another American Base - Camp Bondsteel - on the borders of two states Kossovo-Macedonia (!) to support military USA expansionist and energy projects in the Balkans.

- Bin Laden had nothing to do with 911, he clearly said so on an interview soon after the twin tower attacks, the Bush administration made everyone believe he had (turned him into a "boogeyman" with the power of the media), the same way they made everyone believe Saddam Hussein had something to do with it.

- The independent comission for 911 revealed in their own private investigations that Kissinger works for the Bin Laden family, he was forced to resign because of the obvious conflicts of interest.

- Benazir Bhuto (ex-Pakistan Prime Minister) in one of her last interviews done by David Frost of Al-Jazeera, said that "Omar Sheikh murdered Osama bin Laden", an ISI (and indirectly CIA) contractor. This was the guy who transferred $100,000 to Mohammad Atta bank account in the US, one of the 9/11 hijackers, on the orders of ISI General Mahmould Ahmad!! This explains why GWBush made a comment in 2002 saying he’s not so much concerned about him these days (George W. Bush on Osama Bin Laden ). Pervez Musharaf in his book "IN THE LINE OF FIRE" states also that Omar Sheikh was an MI6 agent.

The American people now may need to come to terms with the fact that the Bin Laden vilain the Bush/CHENEY administration presented to the world was completely fictional! A HOAX! There’s been scuttlebutt that he’s dead for years. It’s a challenge to deal with kidney dialysis in the Pakistan wilderness, I’d imagine. But this is the fourth time I can think of since 2005 that a rumor circulated that he’d died.

I agree with you Rudi, I have had suspected that such an illness could have killed him. But until I actually see a body and DNA that confrims he is dead, I am not crossing my fingers. This hateful mad man has cause enough pain, or so he would like to think. I will be glad for him to meet his maker, but not by illness. I would have been glad if he was arrested and brought to justic and then executed. He can consider himself lucky if he die by illness.

Oh, please. The pressure has been on Pakistan for some time to just assist in terrorism efforts. They would have nothing of it… from the USA or the Brits. That country has happily accepted many USA dollars ( billions) but failled miserably in searching their own border. To make such a " I think" now claim is ridiculous.

I just read elsewhere that the most recent recording of him was dated March and in it he referred to events from December and January. So his death, assuming the recording is of him, would be quite recent. The evidence seems pretty scant. I’m not sure what information Zadari is basing his opinion on.

I did appreciate his pointing out that "The question is whether he is alive or dead."
