I’m 58 and proud! I have almost no wrinkles and I keep my hair red. My teeth are also my own as well as EVERYTHING else!
Age is only a number; you are as young as you keep your spirit. I am also a very good keeper of secrets, Barbara!
If an adult asks me my age (but why would they?) I tell them the truth, but I always told my middle school students that I was 94 because I liked to see the expression on their sweet faces, and also because I liked hearing them say “Wow, you look really good for your age!”
I just love this web site. I’m 63 and proud of it. I ‘ve had great adventures along the way and looking forward to more. I had kids late at age 40 and 44, and they are great too. Way to go ladies stand proud. Sorry I’m gushing.
why not tell your correct age, I’m not out to impress anyone now, 64 and have all the aches and pains lots of gals our age has but I keep going, not about to stop now, 102 is just around the corner(haha)—thats how long I figure on lasting.
I am 64 and honestly don’t know how I am supposed to act. My hair is white but I still am surprised when I walk into the grocery store and see that woman in the mirror and think, “who is that?” because I still think of myself as having brown hair…actually, I have an appointment with my hairdresser on April 17 to get some reverse highlights…..to tone down that white hair. Of course, it won’t help hide any wrinkles but that’s ok. After all, I AM 64! (and won’t be 65 until December 28, which makes me younger than all my “same age” friends) I have a great husband, 5 wonderful children, 6 super grandkids - and I am happy. so yep. I’m 64.
