Good Gravy, I don’t need either; never did. But, if you included Olive Oil I’d have gasped. Can’t live without the stuff, in or out. I might have chosen cream or liquid eye liner if it was included, but I can fake it with a shadow ad lib. Fun quiz, though a “None of the above” may have made me feel better.
PS: well, I’d have gone for sunglasses, too - I wear Noir’s because I prefer triple filters (to protect my very precious skin!! *smile*), but it’s nice to think no one can see things that I don’t, with the shades on. ;-))
Can we throw the “smile/happiness/greatsex” crowd off the board?
Okay, fine, I’ll play. While smiling, happy, and FF’d I would like to have tweezers so I don’t look like a cheeful Groucho Marx.
I voted for blow dryer because it is the one on the list I use the most, but the reality is that the great outdoors is my most heavily used beauty aid. A walk in the brisk winter air or hot steamy sultry summer gives me a glow that cannot be replicated in any purchased product. I’ve never worn lipstick or mascara or foundation. I think I bought some MaryKay blush once at a party when I was 20 something. I might have worn it twice.
The Al Gore website on the environment has a fascinating interview that all wowowow women should want to do. Go to http://www.theclimateproject.org/ and follow the instructions on the top left side of the screen. Do the interview to be included in this survey. All women who are interested in making their views known on how we are treating our planet and what they would like to do to fix it, will want to be counted. I just finished it and it is awesome.
Opps - voted wrong - “the one thing I CAN do without” - I gave up on Foundation YeArS ago, made my face feel clogged ‘n dry! I’ve used moisturizer since I was 18! (Advice from our nursing school teachers). But don’t take the tweezers or Mascara - the need for all the rest is negligible to me.
No make-up used here. Just some moisture cream. What you see is what you get! With the money I save, I buy essential oils (love lavender most) and the very best bath soap I can find for hot soaks in the tub - almost every evening. Tweezers? There is a wild hair here or there, but only rarely. A quick yank and its gone. I like my head hair wash and wear. Being in my seventh decade, the less time I have to stare in a mirror, the happier I am and the more time I have to read and create art. I’d rather paint on paper than paint my face!
