Ann Coulter's New Book Takes On Media's Obama Love

White House press secretary Dana Perino estimated that it would be eight months before the media fell out of love with Barack Obama, but she obviously wasn’t talking about Ann Coulter.

Coulter, who recently had her jaw wired shut, will soon publish yet another new book, "Guilty: Liberal ‘Victims’ And Their Assault On Media." Set to hit shelves the first week of January – that is, right before Obama’s inauguration – "Guilty" will poke fun at the media’s adoration for Obama, his Democratic peers, and take on the what Coulter describes as the "left gone wild." From the front jacket:

When it comes to bullying, no one outdoes the Left. Citing case after case, ranging from the hilariously absurd to the shockingly vicious, Coulter dissects so-called victims who are invariably the oppressors.

For instance: While B. Hussein Obama piously condemned attacks on candidates’ families, his media and campaign surrogates ripped open the court-sealed divorce records of his two principal opponents in his Senate race in Illinois.

The real question now becomes not when the media will become more critical of Obama, but whether the public will buy it - figuratively and literally, of course.

DeBúrca: …or trying to push the abortion issue into a thread. We all have agendas. Yours and many others on this site are here simply to promote Obama, and to not allow anything negative to be said about him. That’s okay. A very few others question where Obama might be leading us to. That’s okay, too. If Tanja is pro-life, what’s wrong with that? Her position is valid and is worth listening to. The worst thing that could happen to this site or to this country is to have everyone thinking exactly alike. The second worse thing would be to deny people access to a forum because they don’t think as you do.

Being anti choice is fine, but injecting it into a conversation that has nothing to do with it, as in…. “oh, so you’re a vegetarian but you don’t mind killing babies” is a different story. Especially when that post is followed by 3 or 4 just like it, unsolicited.

That’s Bull. You have a problem with someone who is pro-life. Get over it. I NEVER stated “oh, so you’re a vegeterian but you don’t mind killing babies”. You don’t want to re-read my posts and you don’t want to read my website. In other words, you don’t want to get YOUR facts straight. I’ve given you an opportunity to do the research about who I am yet you keep deciding to behave this way. That is your problem not mind. Like I stated over and over again “everyone has the right to an opinion.” Freedom of speech. I am not the only person who has addressed this to you. Get a grip girl and seriously peace be with you. Like everybody else, I think you need peace inside you. Happy Thanksgiving.

I don’t have a problem with any individual who is against Choice, as long as they don’t take my rights away, but I don’t want to debate the issue of abortion. Two different things.

BTW, people telling other people what they think they “need”… says more about you than me.

people telling other people what they think they “need” That’s interesting that you should say that…have you READ your posts?! Pot calling the kettle black perhaps? Going around in circles Deburca try not to get dizzy. Do you believe in Freedom of Speech? Do you believe that everyone is entitled to an opinion? Do you know that it is okay for people to have different opinions?

I WROTE my posts! I give my opinion, I never tell others “you should…” PLEASE stop posting to me.

Marjorie- Thank you for your support. I really appreciate it. Apparently DeBurca gave up with the battering back and forth. I thought she was going to continue with this forever. It was very odd. “The worst thing that could happen to this site or to this country is to have everyone thinking exactly alike. The second worse thing would be to deny people access to a forum because they don’t think as you do.” So true and thank you!

You are a real piece of work. You’ve been harassing me with post after post of nothing, just trite put downs, and you say I would “continue this forever”?? What kind of game are you playing? Why don’t you GET some opinions and express them in here instead of just finding a person you disagree with and then harassing them with tons of posts containing nothing but put downs that have nothing to do with any issue being discussed.

Tanja: Apparently DeBurca gave up with the battering back and forth. DeBúrca never gives up, she has to have the last word. Just let her. You’re new to the site, if your opinions clashes with the majority, they will try to drive you off. Kinda like barnyard chickens. That being said, I hope you hang around because what you say is interesting. Have a good Thanksgiving.

Marjorie- I’ve gotten roughly about 20 emails from those who are members of this website that really want me to stick around. Thanks for the support ladies and gentlemen. No one will be driving me off and to answer the question about kool-aid…I never drink it. Peace this Thanksgiving.

Whoa….this sounds like the prelude to a duel. Do you have “seconds”? Made a choice of weapons? Called the media?

merrell: Coulter is a female Hitler. Ah but, Coulter is not trying to rule and change the free world. I have never heard of the Coulter Youth, for example. Think through what you’re saying because it can easily be turned on you.
