Actress Anne Hathaway's Nude Photo Scandal

"The Devil Wears Prada" actress Anne Hathaway reportedly wasn’t wearing anything in photographs found by the police.

The investigators who raided the home of Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri surrounding his June arrest may have found more than what the Daily News reported — expensive antiques, jewelry, artwork and the star’s personal diaries. Now, the blogosphere is buzzing that nude photographs of the young "Get Smart" actress were also among the items confiscated by police, and may be in a stranger’s hands — and that stranger could post and spread them on the Internet at any second

According to the National Enquirer, Follieri reportedly had several nude photographs of Hathaway, Gawker.com reported in August. Hathaway’s brother tried to recover the pictures from a storage unit, only to find out that the FBI had beaten him to it the day before.

Anne Hathaway appeared on "The Late Show With David Letterman" Tuesday night to promote her new movie, "Rachel Getting Married." Click the play button below to watch Hathaway’s reaction to Letterman’s probing questions about the scandals surrounding the relationship.

That’s what happens when you let someone take nude photos of you. One should seriously think twice about this, as this is what can happen!

It amazes me, Frank, the way this is supposedly a nation “under god” but how few people believe in angels or miracles. Good for you!

Well Mugsy it amazes me too —Like Lincoln said we all have the better angels of our nature except for politicians and they generally have no souls :-) Thank you so much—you’re a special lady Mugs :-)

Anne is so beautiful, I sure hope this thing dies down. Her support for the Child Soldier Youth Project is highly commendable, and I wish her all the best.

I have nude photos of two of my exes that I would never consider (even in a moment of rage) post online for the entire world to see. And conversely, I’m glad I was smart enough never to have made myself a possible target for such behavior in return by making sure I never participated in having compromising photos taken. No matter how much your partner may beg and cajole you into taking compromising photos, you must always think “what if…..” and say NO.

Kudos for quitting smoking. As for the nude photos - I hope they don’t get out. If they do - it will have a shelf life of a few weeks until someone else is getting raked over the coals. She was a great sport about it on Letterman.

Annie Hathaway is a wonderful young actress, a very intelligent and witty young lady, and there is so much else you could be talking about. Why add to her problems? This isn’t “sisterhood is powerful,” this is “sisterhood is catty and bitchy and lowdown.” Sad to see.

Poor girl. So many people have had to face the embarrassment of someone they trusted putting private pictures or videos on the internet. To embarrass another person is a really horrible thing to do especially in such a public way.

Kudos to the brother for trying to protect Anne. How awkward would it have been for him to make sure he had the right pictures. Awkward for Anne too. I hope that the pictures are not in unscrupulous hands - partly for Anne’s sake, and partly because it would show that the FBI cannot be trusted on privacy issues - as if the Bush DoJ has not already completely destroyed trust in the justice system. I expect that there will be so many fakes popping up that the real ones would get lost in the flood. That damage will be done regardless.

Is there someone on the wowowow staff who used to intern for the National Enquirer? Just curious. I don’t find this sort of item enlightening and I guess I don’t really understand why it is here. I feel sorry for Anne Hathaway not having much privacy, but I don’t see why we should add fuel to the fire by discussing it.

She’s flawlessly gorgeous! Radiant! She should give me a call once she turns 35.

This is so typical of these young and dumb little actors who think they are so in love with someone they don’t even know. Why would any respectable young woman allow some guy to take pictures of her in the nude?

On top of all this, she later find out that the love of her life is a crook!

How stupid can one woman be?

……..and after reading some of the comments from you people, "being beautiful and flawlessly gorgeous, a great actor, a wonderful young actor", has nothing to do with having common sense and class!
