Arrest Warrant Issued in Chandra Levy Murder

Police are one step closer to justice for the murder of Washington, DC, intern Chandra Levy.

As expected, cops today released an arrest warrant for a man named Ingmar Guandique, an El Salvadoran immigrant currently incarcerated for attacking two women in the same park where Levy’s body was found in 2002.

Levy went missing in 2001 and the investigation ended up revealing that Levy had an affair with former Rep. Gary Condit. Many people speculated that Condit had something to do with Levy’s disappearance. He did not, he says, but the story ended up costing him his political career.

Guandique had previously been questioned about his role in Levy’s death, but passed a lie-detector test. He later told a fellow inmate, however, that he did, in fact, murder the woman.

Let’s hope this arrest can lead to a conviction!

Trial by peers first, then, if convicted by the evidence, off with his head (and not 14-years from now, please!)!

Another reason why our borders need to be closed, for good and completely.

That’s wonderful news, but I doubt if it has any impact on all those affected by his acts. He is in prison, now he’ll be in longer. Chandra’s family are still feeling the loss and that will not change.
