Bin Laden's Deputy Speaks Out, Calls Obama 'House Negro'

By The Staff at wowOwow.com
Ayman al-Zawahri/FBI.gov

During the presidential campaign, many critics of Barack Obama — in arguing that he wasn’t ready to take on the job of commander in chief — said his election would cause the terrorists to jump for joy.

Well, al-Qaeda’s No. 2 doesn’t seem to be a big fan of the president-elect.

In the terror ring’s latest recording sent to the world, Ayman al-Zawahri on Wednesday used a racial epithet to insult Obama, describing him – along with secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice – as “house negroes” doing the bidding of whites. Speaking in Arabic, al-Zawahri uses the term "abeed al-beit," which literally translates as "house slaves." But AP notes that al-Qaeda supplied English subtitles of his speech that included the translation as "house negroes."

Malcolm X, however, is a black man Zawahri admires. According to Zawahri, Obama is "the direct opposite of honorable black Americans" like the 1960s African American rights leader, Zawahri said. The message also includes old footage of speeches by Malcolm X, who used to use such terms to criticize black leaders he accused of not standing up to whites.

U.S. intelligence officials have not yet confirmed that the voice on the tape is that of the Egyptian doctor and right-hand man of Usama bin Laden. But there’s no reason to doubt it’s him, either. It’s believed that Zawahri exercises near-full operational control of al-Qaeda. It’s no surprise the terror network is sending a message now; intelligence experts and Obama fully expected some type of message following the November 4 election.

The audio recording, posted on militant websites, appeared to mainly be trying to persuade Muslims and Arabs that Obama does not represent a change in U.S. policies.

"America has put on a new face, but its heart full of hate, mind drowning in greed and spirit which spreads evil, murder, repression and despotism continue to be the same as always," Zawahri said.

He said Obama’s plan to shift troops from Iraq to Afghanistan is doomed to failure, because Afghans will resist.

"Be aware that the dogs of Afghanistan have found the flesh of your soldiers to be delicious, so send thousands after thousands to them," he said.

CNN says the message also made reference to Obama’s Muslim father and his Christian religion.

"You were born to a Muslim father, but you chose to stand in the ranks of the enemies of the Muslims, and pray the prayer of the Jews, although you claim to be Christian, in order to climb the rungs of leadership in America … And so you promised to back Israel, and you threatened to strike the tribal regions in Pakistan, and to send thousands more troops to Afghanistan, in order for the crimes of the American crusade in it to continue."

I saw this one coming….they did not want to see Barack Obama elected because they knew in doing so it would show America in a light that runs counter to what they are espousing to their followers. America is supposedly a land of racist, dominate White males that laud over the rest of the society. We are supposedly the bullies who never look out for those less fortunate. Hold on a second…..they’re going to put a Black male in the White House? Ummm….well that does not matter, he’s just a House N…..r, America is still evil.

The America is Evil argument doesn’t hold much water now that we have a sensible, logical and fair Black male leading our country, and they know it. As time goes on and President Obama transitions into the White House and into opening up dialogs throughout the world again on our nation’s behalf, I truly believe al-Qaeda will be severely diminished in terms of those who will choose to be a threat on our country. There will always be those who hate America and all we stand for, but the best thing we could have done to assure that we are looked favorably throughout the world was to elect Barack Obama. This is one area where his race IS a factor and something that will work for all our benefit. It has made the world see us differently and more positively, and that of course is a plus.

And those who think that madmen will not attempt to attack this country again, are as loopy as the bangles that dangle from my wrists. We will see how the man in office deals with that!

Elaine….Do you notice that, lately, it’s always “Bin Laden’s Deputy” speaking out? Maybe I’ve been partaking too much of fine wine but I truly believe that Bin Laden is dead. IMO we got him when we dropped one of the big boom boom”s on his cave in the hills. So, now we have his “man in waiting” (I think he’s the new leader). Another crazy looney!

And, I agree, anyone who thinks they won’t make another attempt on this country is as loopy as a bunch of bangles!

You know Lady G what has always cracked me up about Bin Laden is the fact that 1. He was in cahoots “Partners with Bush in the oil Biz and Bushes dad was in arms cahoots with Saddam and now they are the enemy and should be as the idelogies they posses, but just quirky how they are all allowed to be pawns in political chess games and 2. the funniest thing of all is the fact that America’s most wanted has no problem finding the top ten most wanted criminals of all time, yet we can’t seem to find a man who stands 7’4 and trapesing across the desert with a dialysis machine strapped to his ass, LOL. Go figure that one out, oye vey. I don’t know for sure if he is dead or not as the Marines were well entrenched in the hills and mountain ranges of Afganhastan before Bush decided to send them in the opposite direction to Iraq before the intended mission of taking Bin Ladden out, the Marines were on his heels, he was indeed there. So I can’t really tell, but the possibility that you are right, is great. I think all these mindless terrorist’s need to be taken out. And I suppose I am glad Bush did go in, if at the very least to take out Saddam as this tyranical maniac needed to go. I only wish that the folk’s we put in office had enough brains to have had a back up plan for our soilders, in the event that the invasion’s original plan was not sufficent. Gosh Lady, there is so much that it seems we will never know about this whole senario of Bush and what ties this administration had to do with 911, if any ect….Theres an old saying that says “He knows and she knows and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I do believe whole heartedly that there will be more attempts on this country simply for the fact that we are at the weakest point that we have been in in many many years, economicaly and our military is so depleted in manpower and resources. So when you have a defunct economy and a maxed out military force, you leave yourself as a country in a most vulnerable position. And I in all honesty don’t feel Barak has the military fortitude that one who pictures a world leader and source of power, captures for me. I see him as a buisness figure and phillathropist, not a Gen Patton type figure, which is exactly what we need.

The fact of the Obama election alone, undermines the extremists message in the Middle East.

who cares what his/their opinion of Barack is? This guy deserves to die a horrible, very slow death. Better yet, a horrible, very slow torture until he can no longer communicate with the outside world, then kept alive for eternity.

Obama is now the most powerful man in the world. How that is kowtowing to whites requires rather diabolical ‘logic. ’ A big whatever Zawahri and a missle with your name on it aimed right back to ya.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ilan-goldenberg/what-zawahris-message-say_… Take a gander …

The man’s sadly lacking in self-esteem, which breeds these people - until Islam decides to pull itself together and stop such murderers from claiming they are Muslims this will go on, just as Rome has permitted the priests to continue unabated. At least they’re not out evangelizing with the far right, I must admit.

When Zawahris and his off-shoot cohorts realize what destruction he is causing of incredibly beautiful historic structures, including the miracles of life itself, human, and our earth, maybe they’ll be willing to meet and talk, or at least get a life.

Pulled out my salt-glazed pottery and pouring myself a cuppa tea. Want some, anyone?

Carol J, thanks for the huffinton link. Interesting. also curious as to why he would use the word Negro.. Do the North Africans see themselves as black muslims or Arab ? There is so much fighting between the Arabs and Blacks ( Christians?) in N. Africa now I wonder if that was a slur.. Obviously it was an inflammatory statement, but who was the target and why goad Obama? just thinking out loud here.
and yes i would love a cup of tea. african bush or earl grey?

He certainly showed his colors, didn’t he! The man obviously knows little about our dark-skin peoples on earth, including he may have had more of a chance to be born with dark skin that our President-elect did. His statement was made out of ignorance, minimally. Slur? I’m not so sure. I prefer to think he’s uneducated, and unaware, hence grasping at straws to be heard, and believe he is able to prove his power. Although not able to speak well on the topic, I’ve learned quite a bit from friends who dark skinned, which I fawn over having been a freckled red-head from birth (a mutant, no less). I think this is right — many blacks in the US are Indians, all “blacks” are not Negro, and dark-skinned people came to the US from other places besides Africa. Obama is not a Negro (a term many older people of color prefer), he is African and American because his mother is American, and his father was Kenyan; therefore, the Africans fighting in N. Africa now are not blacks, per se. In fact, there are more dark-skinned people on earth than pale-skinned. Now, that’s not me “talking” it what those who have a right to say it have told me. ;-))

The tea - Earl Grey, today. ;-)) We’ll raise our cups to international security keeping an eye on such blokes.

Which reminds me, “around here” when people openly say that they knew the election was “in the bag” and that they know “all about that Obama … ” why didn’t they contact the FBI? If I know of something that may impact national security, you can bet your boots I’d speak out! (I have asked that question to several of “those”).

I would have to agree with what everyone has said…yes they being the terrorists dont give a rat ass who we elected as President. There has been in the works many attempts on US soil and it only takes one to get through. Do I think another one will happen while Obama is President, Yes, does it scare the living snit out of me, YES…I hope they dont attack our children or where our children are…I hope that Obama now see’s the real threat these Terrorists are to us & keeps our Troops where they are needed…

Do I think those Terrorists are scared men, NO, they dont care about us…they hate us and our way of life. We are selfish American’s. Anything they can do to make our lives hell they will.

They hate themselves, too - or else they would confront the negatives they appear to see in Democracy and capitalism, and act as humans, not paramecium. And, yes, I believe that President-elect Obama “saw” this long ago. At least, other nations respect Obama, and now are not as terrified of the USA. Every nation was terrified of Bush’s lack of self control.

Carol all I was trying to say is that now that Obama is in on the morning national security calls he really see’s all the threats our Country has each and every day…If us Americans knew of those threats we would live in total fear, they are kept secret for a reason…I have my faith that Obama can turn our nation around in other countries eyes just b/c they like him and believe in him. Most people from the get go didnt like Bush and never believed in him.

I dont think terrorists hate themselves, the Love themselves b/c they dont see what they do is wrong. They are out for their purpose.

We just have to LOVE ourselves more and our Country more. We have to not let them get to us or bring us down. And IF, GOD FORBID, IF we have another attack, we just have to pull together better then when we did after 9/11 and kick them right back.

Obama has never doubted that we have enemies who would attack us. What he said was he would attempt resolutions prior to war.
Bin Laden has to keep America portrayed as the enemy- even with Obama as president. He wants to make it seem Obama is powerless and will continue the Bush doctrines.
