Charity Begins at ... Caesars Palace!

I’m thinking these opportunities are well beyond my discretionary spending limits, but I am wondering, Liz Smith, if there are available, reasonably priced prints of Ann Richards’ “Doodles”? Wouldn’t that be something special to have? You know, my married name is Willis and Ms. Ann’s maiden name was Willis so if she had married my husband, she would have been………..quite unhappy because they would have been arrested for bigamy. These are all way beyond my means, but I think I would have to tie down my mother to keep her from bidding on Tony Bennett. When we saw him in Las Vegas in 2002 she was swooning like a school girl. She was actually giddy and convinced that he had noticed her in the audience and was singing directly to her. What a great entertainer to still have that kind of talent. He’s also an excellent fine artist! Oh heck! I must be smitten too.
