Why is he on this list. I demand to know the name of the woman (women) that nominated him AND the name of their therapist so I can contact them. :-)

I have had a crush on Charlie Rose ever since I first saw him. The reason he is on the list is because he’s very well read and interested in the world around him, he has a take charge personality, an inviting laugh, a great sense of humor, he’s got Southern charm(he’s from Henderson, NC), he is beautifully educated with a JD from Duke, and he’s tall and slender. Oh, and divorced, even though he’s had the same partner for quite some time.

Ah, yes! I find it only enhances my self-esteem to fantacize about Charlie, not in any sort of explicit terms, but just generally. Sitting across from me at the dinner table, or riding shotgun in my car. I have imaginary conversations with my fantasy of Charlie Rose on occasion. I didn’t used to like him. He was too slick. Seasoned, as he is now (or as I am now), he’s much more appealing. What remains of the former knucklehead he may have been, makes him all the more endearing. And I am grateful to him for producing a television program that has taught me so very much in recent years. It’s none of my business, but I hope his partner isn’t Al Hunt…not that there’s anything wrong with that. Charlie Rose is a man who deserves to be happy. So, I’m sure he is….mostly. If he isn’t, he should call me!

Well, Ms Dee, I’ll readily admit to more specific fantasies about our Charlie. I guess I’m a sucker for a really big …brain. Tho, kudos should be given to his fantastic research team and production staff, who ensure the consistent quality of his show and resulting persona. And, like a lot of other women, I … want … to touch … his … table! I hope he smiles when he finds out he’s on the list. But I’m sure he’ll also remember a few years ago, when Henry Kissinger headed up these things. Go figure! Smilin, .
