Margo introduced me to Wow and I’ve enjoyed the site immensely. I can’t wait to read Margo’s column here.

(I’ve changed my outfit; looking for a small dog-pet, and a feline again) Thank you Wowowow for Margo. I have nothing to ask her, but the Sweeps sound great for those who do. Most important is that Margo is welcome among us.

Margo! OMG! If nothing else, you have already brought ‘opposing sides’ together! Just had to make note of that fact - I don’t usually like columns, so-to-speak, but… I really like your style! You are a refreshing view from the top, bottom, side, front, back, right, left… did I cover all bases? lol I look forward to your wit, wisdom, and wild thoughts, on the wowOwow! What a way to welcome in a new era… “I believe-e-e-e-e in miracles!”

Dear Margo, I enjoy your columns immensely and they have certainly helped me many times in the past. I have no problems that you can help me with, my dear. I teach at 2 universities (Gdansk & Mazurian University) in Poland, and I use your columns regularly during my Speaking classes. I present them with the question asked - they discuss possible solutions - then I read your response. Most enjoyable classes - and I thank you. Best Regards, Professor Stas Wnukowski English Philology

What a great compliment, and one that reminded me that the Engish classes in New York for new immigrants used my mother’s columns to familiarize new arrivals with both the language and the culture. I have been to Gdansk, by the way and Lech Walesa addressed our group. Thanks for letting me know that I am discussed in Poland!

Margo, after reading some of the posts it seems apparent that many people like myself get a bit shakey on the phone, or self conscious, or bashful - ?? So, how about writing an article for the winner after allowing he or she to write their question to you online? And, tell me Margo - can you predict the future for me? grin

Ro — I think you have a great idea. I may do a report on the phone calls. As for predicting the future, if only I could!

I’m retired Navy, working for (amusingly) the Army, and my fiancée works for the VA and is in the Navy Reserves. Her dual pay exceeds my two incomes, and I couldn’t be happier for or more supportive of her. She’s earned what she gets! (And I feel she’s worth even more.) We both contribute equally to the household expenses, and whatever’s left over goes into our "fun fund".
