Elisabeth Hasselbeck Wonders Why Judd Doesn't Fight Abortion (Video)

There’s a new player in the ongoing war between actress Ashley Judd and Sarah Palin.

"The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck apparently threw her weight behind Palin today when, while discussing Judd’s campaign against Palin’s wolf-hunting ways, she scoffed, "The problem I have here is, a lot of these vocal celebrities in a way get very loud about these animal killings. Is she as loud about the 260,000 kids that are killed in abortions?” Hasselbeck’s support for Palin should come as no surprise: The 31-year-old stumped for Palin and Republican running mate John McCain during their unsuccessful White House bid.

Watch Hasselbeck and her colleagues debate the Judd/Palin battle:

Again, when challenged to talk about facts, theories, issues, you respond with what you think passes for acerbic wit. Which shows me that you really have nothing to say, but want the attention in spite of that.

Hey lady, peruse through my comments if you are interested in my interpretations and opinions “about facts, theories, issues”. As you will see, I have plenty to say, just not to you. As to my wit or lack thereof, considering you have no sense of humor, I’ll leave that for others to decide. Challenge away, dogma Queen.

Neither the time nor the inclination.

Well then, what are you complaining about?

I’m not complaining. I’m just pointing out that rather than having anything meaningful to contribute to the rebuilding of our nation, you, like your republican counterparts in the senate, blow smoke and mirrors and try to disrupt the process. But now, fortunately, we are the majority, and we have the power. So stamp your feet and name-call all you want.

Like I said Mugsy, I have plenty of “meaningful” ideas and opinions to contribute—they are there for you to read, at any time—as you said, you are not interested. I refuse to get into any discussion with you because you have already decided the outcome, that is what closed-minded people do. So, blast away at my “republican counterparts in the senate”. I don’t really see how they can “disrupt the process” if “you are in the majority, and have the power”. Don’t recall lately where I “stamped my feet” or “name-called”, but apparently you know my thoughts better than I do. Quite honestly, I much prefer being on offense.

Mugsy made a request not a demand, there is a difference…

I have lived in Alaska for 32 years. I have hunted and fished. I truly believe that animal and predator control is best left to fish and game biologists, who live and work out in the field. Their information often comes directly from hunters who respond via hunting and subsistence reports. Villages directly report their game counts. Aerial counts are provided by biologists. Dead wolves show signs of starvation and suffering from lice. The lice prevents their fur from keeping them warm. They freeze to death. These are only some facts. Other situations both raise and lower caribou populations. Does Ashely Judd know anything about these facts? Do you?

I watched this yesterday and there was more to what is in the clip. I know that other states and or countries have the same problem with wildlife. I wonder how they handle the over population of these animals. There must be a better way to do this. As far as linking these animals with UNBORN children, that’s just crazy. I would never compare children to animals. Elisabeth is so out of touch. I think that Elisabeth is so politically motivated that she would stand behind anything that a republician would do or say no matter how wrong they are. Has anyone ever noticed that Elisabeth has never admitted that she was wrong. I wish she would grow up!

Joan….”Elizabeth is so politically motivated” —-and Ashley Judd isn’t? And if Ashley finds out that she is incorrect, will she ever admit that she was wrong? “I wish she would grow up” — Ashley has a lot of living to do also — maybe they will grow up together!
