Who would get your vote for "sexiest woman alive?"

Esquire magazine says Halle Berry is the winner.

The 42-year-old actress and mom talks to the magazine in its November issue on what it’s like to be given the title.

“I’ve been in the business for more than 20 years, and you decide now, at this particular time, that I’m the sexiest woman alive? Come on. I mean, you couldn’t go with the Bond-girl year?” says Berry, who gave birth to her daughter, Nahla, in March.

"I don’t know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I’ll take it.” She adds: "Sexiness is a state of mind — a comfortable state of being … It’s about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments."

But Berry, who won an Oscar for her role in "Monster’s Ball," can’t claim the sexiest-woman honor all to herself. "I share this title with every woman, because every woman is a nominee for it at any moment," she says.

Halle Berry’s beau, Gabriel Aubry, told USmagazine.com that he and Berry are trying to have another baby. "Yeah, we are working on that!" he told US this week.

Aubry said he is amazed at how Berry has embraced motherhood. "I mean, look at her — she is unbelievable!" he said. "She is the best mom that anybody could ask for — or wish for!"
