Whoopi Goldberg is my hero because she: W-worked hard to get where she is and that is something I admire about her, H-has a great personality and heart for other people around her, O-is outragiously funny in most of her successful films, O-is outmost brilliant in her thoughts and her opinions about different situations in life, P-prefers to tell people upfront of what she is like than let them judge her like a book by its cover, I-is my role model since I was a little girl, I have always admired her because of who she is and how she makes people see her in their lives.

I thank God for sending a wonderful person like u to this earth. U make my day, and as I live everyday I have hope that someday Ill meet u.lol, even if my friends dont get it why I like u out of all the other actresses in the world. I just tell them that COME ON, ITS WHOOPI. I like how u smile, how u dont care what people say about u. I like how u act, how u state ur opinions boldly and how u listen to others all the time. I love ur posts on wowowow, and that is what makes me stay connected to this website. I always hope that ull look through the posts and see my comments and wonder who is this teen that is sending these comments to me. lol.

Boy are u right on the part that she looks marvelous Serena. Yeah for that. She still looks gorgeous as she used to in sister act and corrina corrina. Lol. I must say that I wanted to look at The View today but I couldnt cuz I had school. But I knew the ladies made ur day wonderful for u.

She does still look amazing, but what I miss is the mid-80s hairdo, with the bangs in front - like in Burglar and Fatal Beauty. I can’t believe she’s 53. I remember when she turned, like, 37. I was a kid, so it’s startling to realize your heroes are aging, because that means you have aged right along with them. Oy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WHOOP! I could write a novella here but I’m already way too embarrassingly late in the birthday wishes. (Funnily enough, I had a doctor’s appointment today…and I remember back when they originally scheduled the appointment for me, my first thought was “That’s on Whoopi Goldberg’s birthday!” haha…)
