Since Mr. and Mrs. Madoff presented themselves together as the perfect couple over many years of their perfect marriage, it does seem incredible that she didn’t know what he was doing. But I will let the District Attorney’s office decide if she needs indicting and I will abide by the decision of a jury or juries of the Madoff’s peers. If we just sit around privately in judgment on everybody in the public eye we will go totally crazy. Let the law decide.

Don’t you just wish that ‘the law’ would move a little faster? What seems to be holding things up for years? YEARS, they say!!!! when they already KNOW what was done by Bernie! and already have the proof!!!!! If he has no money that he is allowed to spend…why would the attorneys want to spread out the case over years? when they might not get paid? OR, are the taxpayers paying for THIS defense, as well?
