I remember your story now about the reprints……and about public domain……and, of course, you know that “intellectual property” is so much more problematic in the days of the internet…….Not that I’m trying to steal the copyright to anything…….How can it really be regulated? I’ll just go to federal prison for copyright infringement if I really have to………(just kidding…..but it beats hell out of being Bernie Madoff) I’m so glad to hear that it’s one of the busiest sites on the web………it will only take me twelve days, non-stop, to figger out how to get connected to PayPal……What I really love about it is that it is both vintage and art/craft…….Resonates with me……. Re Caramello……..For such a laid back place, I was never so busy…tending the roses, deadheading the gardens, skimming the pool, walking the dogs, trying to trade Kentucky food stamps for antique Volvo repairs so that I could go to market……..The Henry Miller thing was something about oranges……..and what’s-her-name…..Erica Jong was taking notes………you are in the same latitude, I think, as Majorca…….the bouganvillea(sp) etc………..Only two places I’ve ever been…………Except for here with all y’all……….
