Another female is offering smart advice on ways to handle the economy. Turnaround strategist Lynn Tilton offered finance tips this morning for the government, businesses and consumers on CNBC’s "Squawk Box." Tilton, the CEO of private-equity investment firm Patriarch Partners, said "we’re really on a downhill cycle," as she also criticized Uncle Sam’s hefty handouts to banks and big businesses.
