Does Madonna Need to Beg Jesus Luz's Parents to Date Him?

Madonna needs to beg to date Jesus?

Cougar lesson 101: Ask your boy-toy’s parents’ permission to date their son.

Yesterday, an explosive story in the New York Post said that Madonna’s 22-year-old boyfriend Jesus Luz’s mother claims the 50-year-old pop star has kidnapped her son. This is no way to begin a romance! It’s also probably not the kind of publicity Madge wants before her European Sticky & Sweet tour — or is it?

Luz’s mother, Cristiane Regina da Silva — who’s 14 years younger than Madge — believes the pop star snatched her blue-eyed boy and has been controlling his every move.

Perhaps the real root to this snatching claim has to do with Madonna’s faith. Luz, who was raised by devout Evangelical Christians, reportedly shocked his parents when he sent a "cryptic" text message saying he wouldn’t be coming home for the holidays. The Luz family’s probably also in shock that their son’s keeping busy with a kabbalah enthusiast — and even rethinking his own beliefs. According to the latest reports, Luz has joined an online community of kabbalah worshipers.

Luz and Madge reportedly met during a steamy photo shoot in Rio de Janeiro for W magazine’s March issue, which is out on newsstands now. Meanwhile, the pop star’s former husband, British film director Guy Ritchie, may be moving to New York City so the children can be close to both parents. By "children," we’re referring to Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, and David Banda, 3 … not Jesus Luz.

I don’t blame his mother, if I were her and had the prospect of Madonna for my son, I’d balk too! :-) She may be talented and successful in her career, but from the standpoint of relationships with men and sex, she is a bit much. Not at all what I would want my son (if I had one) to be with. But mama da Silva needs to realize he is 22 years old and therefore a man. So as much as she may not want him with her, she doesn’t have a say. P.S. Madonna & Jesus…..things that make you go…..hmmmm?

HIs grandmother is, reportedly, the same age as Madonna. If this is correct, his mother was 14 when she had him.

I don’t think it unusual. My most important “cougar” experience was in a Buddhist country in Asia & before “doing it”, I had to be introduced to my potential mother in law (she was a widow) who after the usual niceties & exchange of presents (I had to improvise, as I did not know the custom of the country I hadn’t bought a present for her so one of my beautiful heirloom pearl necklaces went to her) looked me straight in the eye & said in faltering but well rehearsed English: ” I hope you are going to be real nice to my child” I almost had a heart attack!!! So, my Spanish blood came to my rescue & looked her back straight in her eyes & with my best smile I said: I understand you consider S….a child but he is a man to me, he makes his own decisions bringing me here from the other side of the world, that was the work of a real man & I respect him as such. I`m a good person & promise to be good to him. And that was the end of it. We respected each other, but according to custom whenever we were leaving on a trip, we would go to her and ask permission or her blessing or whatever we may call it, out of respect.

Madonna just loves being in the spotlight doesn’t she. For her there’s no such thing as bad publicity, especially before an upcoming tour. Will she leave her current guy as soon as someone new comes along and tickles her fancy? You bet she will, but Jesus is 22 and having the time of his life. Don’t think any of us Real Cougars need to feel sorry for him. I wish the media would stop referring to these young guys as “boy toys”. Toys are really not what most women over 40 are looking for. It’s really insulting. www.therealcougarwoman.com www.therealcougarwoman.com
