With a whopping 6,005 piercings, Elaine Davidson of Edinburgh, Scotland, is the most pierced woman in the world.

Now, you may be wondering, "How does she even have enough surface area?" The Brazilian-born Davidson tells the Telegraph that more than 1,500 piercings are "internal."

Ouch.

Davidson first graced the Guinness Book of World Records in 2000 with 462 piercings — 192 of which were on her face. In 2001, according to Guinness, she had 720 piercings. Nearly eight years later, Davidson has added more than nine times that amount! Despite her dedication, Davidson insisted she doesn’t like the process. "I don’t enjoy getting pierced, but to break the record you have to get to a high level." That’s one determined woman!

Eeeeoooooowwww!!! She looks like she has some terrible skin disease. That is too creepy for words. As bad as "The Scary Guy" (who had his name legally changed to that) who has his entire body covered with tattoos.

I’ve seen him…What a cool dude! I wonder what the kids think when he comes to their school to speak against hate and bullying.

I can’t say I think he’s scary looking though. His tattoos while colorful, remind me of Maori Moko which I happen to think is beautiful…but I can understand how others might be disturbed, definitely not for everyone…

He used to come into the hospital a lot, and all I could do was stare and wonder "why?" He does do a great job though, as looking at him people will listen. Maybe he needs to come here and speak!

Just curious if she has a job…or does she get a check from the Guinness Book of World Records?  I can’t imagine her working in a place where food may be served or in the medical field.  I guess I just don’t understand this kind of art!!
