Well, my fishy friends….looking to the side, I see that you have reeled in the important topics..but what about that waterfall approaching? I say let’s veer to the left.

Serena .
Edith, Why didn’t you have a “Life in the Little Lane” this week? Been too busy helping Aunt Jane with her Care-toon posts?

Jane, loved the art! “Truth being scarier than fiction” comes to mind! I rarely eat our local seafood any more, too much pollution in the bays. Red Tide has become routine on the Texas Gulf Coast ……. sad indeed! I do however, still love to go fishing with the hubby. We do the “catch and release” thing. Occasionally, we’ll snap a photo or two so there won’t be any “fisherman tales” floating around! Just curious ….. How much liquor did you mix in with the two gallons of lemonaid that I ordered last week? In Texas, if it was more than a “sip”, ti becomes Texas Iced Tea!

Whoops–––almost forgot. Jane Wagner–––look what your cartoon has done to these women–turned them into bloody punsters in an instant. You got the “stuff” and we love it.
