HOW TO ENTER: To be entered into the "The Women on the Web Refer-a-Friend Sweepstakes"for a chance to win a free 15-minute session with Peggy Rometo, intuitive healer, psychic and medium, simply refer your friends by submitting their e-mail addresses. Referrers must be registered on wowOwow.com. There is no limit to the number of e-mail referrals you can send. Each entry must include a valid e-mail address. Multiple referrals to the same person will be counted only once. Referring yourself does not qualify as an entry. Providing the site with a friend’s or relative’s e-mail address will prompt wowOwow.com to send an e-mail to that person. The referred must click on a link in the e-mail message for the referral to be counted in the contest.

You can also mail a self-addressed stamped envelope with the following: Full name; address (no P.O. Boxes); Home phone number; and E-mail address registered at wowOwow.com

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes period runs until 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2008.

ENTRY GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS: Odds of winning are determined by and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. No changes to any entry materials or information will be permitted once submitted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The more people you refer, the better your chances of winning the giveaway. Each valid and distinct e-mail referral received during the Sweepstakes Period shall count as one entry into the Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of e-mail referrals you can send. Each entry must include a valid e-mail address. Multiple referrals to the same person are eligible for only one inclusion in the giveaway drawing. Referring yourself does not qualify as an entry. Providing the site with a friend’s or relative’s e-mail address will prompt wowOwow.com to send an e-mail to that person. The referred must click on a link in the e-mail message in order for the referrer’s entry to be eligible.

By entering and participating in the sweepstakes entrant unconditionally agrees to accept and be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of the site. All decisions of Women on the Net Inc. made in conjunction with these sweepstakes shall be final.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that e-mail address.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Women on the Net, Inc., their sponsors and promoters, respective parents, agents or family members are not eligible for the drawing.

DRAWING AND PRIZE AWARD:Four winners will be selected in a random drawing within approximately 10 days from the sweepstakes end date. Winners will be notified individually by e-mail. The name of the winners may be posted on our website on October 6, 2008. Women on the Net, Inc., will contact the winners within 30 days to make further arrangements. Each conversation with Ms. Rometo will last approximately 15 minutes. The actual time Ms. Rometo chooses to speak with the winners is subject to Ms. Rometo’s availability.

GENERAL RELEASE:By participating, eligible individuals agree to release and hold harmless Women on the Net, Inc., from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the prize (including, without limitation, costs or claims of personal injury of any kind based on a theory of reliance on the advice given by Ms. Rometo), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Participant agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages. Entry constitutes permission to post winner’s name on the wowOwow.com website and the use of the winner’s name, likeness and hometown for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Women on the Net, Inc., is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from accessing or downloading any material from wowOwow.com or any of its sponsor’s or promoter’s websites, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Women on the Net, Inc., or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to wowOwow.com by a hypertext link.

The winner acknowledges that any response received is purely an opinion held by Peggy Rometo. Neither Peggy Rometo nor wowOwow accept any liability for subsequent actions taken in reliance on this advice.

Participant agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages. All disputes and questions arising out of or concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Women on the Net, Inc., in connection with these Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York. All federal, state and local laws apply.
