I am the same way. I think it is because I don’t like to shop. I also always forget to take pictures.

My daughter, who was put on earth to teach me what’s important in life, discourages me from taking pictures of the amazing things we sometimes get to see. She asks me to spend my time in the present, soaking up every aspect of the moment, enjoying the experience because it is all we have. When I listen to her I am never disappointed. I remember more than a picture could have ever shown me…mostly that I was with my daughter and we were sharing a wonderful “present.”
