Decorating the house, trimming the tree and having friends over for Christmas celebrating. My family was always big on the holidays, and we still carry on that tradition with a passion. I love this time of year. It’s the ultimate sense memory — the lights, the music, the aromas, the colors — and I enjoy it each year as I’m reminded of all the lovely ones passed. All week we’ve been putting up lights on the house and the trees outside. Tonight as we drove up, we just started giggling. It’s like a fairy land.
